Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented with experience in Long Term Care Business Office Management. We are seeking a BOM who is experienced in resident billing in Medicaid, Medicare, third party billing and collections.

Responsibilities:

Minimum of three years' experience in third party billing/collections in Long Term Care
Long Term Care Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care experience preferred
Knowledge of billing and collection practices and techniques
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, and at all levels of the organization
Skilled in the use of computers and Microsoft Office suite of applications
Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented

Qualifications

Proven experience in long term care business office management
Experience with nursing or health care settings is highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask efficiently
Effective communication skills to liaise with clinical staff, vendors, residents, and external partners
