Job Summary
Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher, where your energy and dedication will help create memorable dining experiences. In this vital role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing ingredients, cooking delicious dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting food safety standards. Whether you're passionate about culinary arts or eager to develop your skills in a fast-paced food service environment, this position offers an exciting opportunity to grow and thrive in the food industry.

Duties

Assist with food preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications
Cook and plate dishes efficiently while maintaining high quality standards and presentation
Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients and utensils
Maintain a clean and organized work station, including washing dishes, surfaces, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and exceptional customer service
Assist with catering events or special meal preparations as needed to support overall restaurant operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in a food service environment such as restaurants, catering, or dietary departments is preferred
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
Strong knife skills and proficiency in basic food preparation techniques
Experience with meal preparation, cooking, and food industry best practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and customers
Culinary experience or dietary aide experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Prior experience working in a pizza restaurant preferred, but not required
