Talent Acquisition and Development Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition and Development Manager who is passionate about attracting exceptional talent, developing employees, strengthening our culture, and creating an engaging workplace where people thrive.

This role is responsible for building and continuously improving our talent management system by partnering with leaders on workforce planning, recruiting exceptional people, creating an outstanding onboarding experience, supporting employee development, improving retention, and fostering a culture where employees can build meaningful careers. This position plays a vital role in ensuring Allure Medical has the right people in the right roles while creating an exceptional employee experience from recruitment through career growth.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

· Lead the full recruiting lifecycle from workforce planning through onboarding.

· Develop creative recruiting strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs.

· Partner with department leaders to develop annual and quarterly workforce plans that proactively identify staffing needs before vacancies occur.

· Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring for exceptional talent while ensuring managers can focus on selecting the best candidates.

· Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Allure Medical's culture and values.

· Continuously improve recruiting processes, hiring metrics, and employer branding.

· Build relationships with colleges, professional organizations, community partners, and other recruiting sources to expand the talent pipeline.

Create an Outstanding Employee Experience

· Own and continuously improve the onboarding experience, ensuring every new employee receives consistent training, cultural integration, clear expectations, and scheduled check-ins throughout their first 90 days.

· Develop employee engagement and recognition programs that celebrate achievements and strengthen team morale.

· Coordinate employee appreciation events, team-building activities, and culture initiatives.

· Partner with leaders to improve communication across departments.

· Gather employee feedback through surveys, conversations, and engagement initiatives, then recommend meaningful improvements.

· Serve as a trusted resource for employees while balancing employee needs with organizational goals.

Employee Development

· Design career development programs and career pathways that help employees build meaningful careers at Allure Medical.

· Partner with managers to create employee development plans focused on growth, accountability, and long-term success.

· Encourage ongoing learning and professional development across the organization.

· Support initiatives that help employees achieve their career goals while meeting organizational needs.

· Help ensure employees understand available growth opportunities within the organization.

Strengthen Our Culture

· Champion and protect Allure Medical's culture through intentional hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee development.

· Monitor employee engagement, turnover, and retention trends to identify risks before they become problems.

· Partner with department leaders to develop proactive retention strategies that improve employee satisfaction and long-term commitment.

· Track recruiting, onboarding, engagement, retention, workforce planning, and employee experience metrics to drive continuous improvement.

· Help design and improve systems, processes, and programs that support the complete employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding to development, engagement, and career growth.

· Foster a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, accountable, and empowered to succeed.

· Recommend improvements that strengthen employee satisfaction while supporting organizational goals.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

· Loves building relationships and connecting with people. Travel to all our offices is required. We have offices in Michigan, North Carolina and South Carolina.

· Has 3+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience.

· Has experience developing employee engagement, culture, or retention initiatives.

· Has experience creating or improving recruiting and onboarding processes.

· Has experience partnering with managers on hiring and employee development.

· Understands workforce planning and proactive talent acquisition strategies.

· Is comfortable analyzing recruiting and employee metrics to drive informed decisions.

· Has experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

· Is highly organized with strong project management and time management skills.

· Communicates confidently and builds trust with employees at every level.

· Thinks strategically while executing with attention to detail.

· Brings energy, creativity, initiative, and a positive attitude to everything they do.
