About Us

ALEVO Financial is a retirement-focused financial firm individuals across the country. We specialize in helping educators understand and optimize their retirement income and life insurance options.

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Life Insurance Agent with experience in retirement planning to join our team. This role is fully remote and focused on providing one-on-one financial education and support. There is no cold calling or marketing required—just a focus on quality conversations and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one retirement planning meetings with pre-scheduled clients
Educate clients on general, annuities, and life insurance options.
Assess clients’ retirement goals and provide personalized financial solutions.
Guide clients through their life insurance and annuity application process.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using our CRM system.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to provide accurate, compliant guidance.
Participate in mandatory ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Ideal Candidate

Values education and service
Has experience working with 403(b), index annuities, index universal Life insurance
Works independently and takes ownership of client relationships
Looking to grow in a mission-driven, client-focused environment

Qualifications

Active Life Insurance License (Required)
1+ years of experience in retirement or financial planning (Preferred)
Excellent communication and listening skills
Comfortable with virtual meetings and digital tools (Zoom, CRM, etc.)
