Full Job Description

The Opportunity:

US Polymers’ Profile Division is launching patented, field-proven fabrication programs into the U.S. vinyl window industry, and we are hiring our first dedicated U.S. salesperson to build the market from the ground up. You will sell two complementary profile programs to one audience — independent vinyl window and door fabricators:

Outside Sales Representative — Window Fabrication Programs (LA-Based · ~$112K OTE + Uncapped Commission)

Launch two patented products into a wide-open market — and own the territory.

We’re a window-industry manufacturer bringing two proven, patented fabrication programs to U.S. vinyl window and door fabricators: the GeoFast® snap-on Georgian grid-bar system (the UK/Europe market leader, now made in the U.S.) and the ShutterSmart® plantation shutter fabrication program. We’re hiring our first U.S. sales rep — based in Los Angeles, starting in California — to build the market from the ground up, working directly with company ownership.

This is a true hunter’s role: you’ll build pipeline by phone and email, but spend most of your week in the field — opening doors and running hands-on demos with fabricator owners and production teams. If you can sell on ROI, love a build-from-zero challenge, and want uncapped upside, read on.

What You’ll Do:

Build pipeline from a defined California prospect list — phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Run on-site demos and discovery meetings at fabricator facilities.
Close the GeoFast grid program as a fast, ROI-driven sale (1–3 calls).
Nurture and close the larger ShutterSmart shutter program with owners.
Grow signed accounts into loyal, reordering customers — and expand grid accounts into shutter.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of B2B sales with a record of hitting quota.
Fenestration, windows/doors, glass, or building-products experience strongly preferred.
A self-starting hunter who’s comfortable with daily outreach and regular regional travel.
Strong ROI/margin selling skills and great rapport with owner-operators.
Valid CA driver’s license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

~$112,500 on-target earnings — competitive base of $70,500 plus uncapped commission.
Recurring override that grows into a long-term annuity as your accounts reorder.
Medical, 401k.
Vehicle/mileage and expenses covered beyond daily mileage from home to work. Ground-floor role with room to grow.
