Since 2006, we have built long-term relationships with tire dealers, automotive repair shops, dealerships, commercial fleets, municipalities, and service centers throughout Florida and beyond.

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Territory Sales Representative to develop and manage one of our most important territories.

We're looking for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, opening new accounts, helping customers grow their businesses, and becoming a trusted advisor within the automotive industry.

What You'll Do

As the Territory Sales Representative, you will manage and grow an established sales territory from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach.

Your responsibilities will include:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.

Prospect daily for new business opportunities.

Visit automotive repair shops, tire dealers, commercial fleets, dealerships, and service centers throughout your territory.

Plan and execute an efficient daily sales route.

Identify customer needs and recommend products that improve productivity and profitability.

Prepare quotations and close sales opportunities.

Introduce new products, promotions, and equipment.

Demonstrate products and provide basic technical guidance.

Record customer visits, quotes, orders, and follow-up activities using CRM.

Assist customers with commercial credit applications when needed.

Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with collections when required.

Work closely with our warehouse, purchasing, customer service, and technical support teams.

Achieve monthly sales, gross profit, and territory growth goals.

Products You'll Represent

You'll represent an extensive portfolio of professional automotive products, including:

Tire repair materials

Wheel weights

TPMS sensors and diagnostic tools

Tire valves and accessories

Tire shop tools

Chemicals and shop supplies

Tire changers

Wheel balancers

Alignment systems

Vehicle lifts

Complete garage equipment solutions

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

Minimum 2 years of Outside Sales, Route Sales, or B2B Sales experience preferred.

Experience in the automotive, tire, industrial supply, equipment, or tool industry is a strong plus.

Fluent English and Spanish.

Valid Florida Driver License with a clean driving record.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently.

Confidence prospecting new customers through cold calls and in-person visits.

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn CRM software.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
