Full Job Description

Preferred Personnel is currently seeking to fill a Part Time Office Assistant/Receptionist position located in Fairburn, GA.

Shift: Monday-Friday 9am to 3pm

Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and help them during the application process.

· Direct visitors to the appropriate person

· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing etc.

Requirements:

· Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role preferred

· Must be willing to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Professional attitude and appearance

· Solid written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills

· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

· Customer service attitude

Bilingual Enlish/ Spanish is a HUGE plus!
