Full Job Description

Essential Wellness Diagnostics is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing IV Therapy & Wellness Clinic. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent IV insertion abilities, and a passion for providing safe, personalized wellness treatments.

The RN will provide IV hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, wellness injections, patient assessments, monitoring, education, and exceptional customer service in an outpatient wellness setting.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys providing one-on-one patient care in a professional, comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

Perform patient health screenings and nursing assessments prior to treatment
Review medical history, medications, and allergies
Obtain and document vital signs
Assess patient eligibility for IV therapy services
Perform peripheral IV catheter insertion and removal
Administer IV hydration therapy and vitamin infusions according to approved protocols and standing orders
Monitor patients during infusions for safety and comfort
Recognize and respond appropriately to adverse reactions or complications
Provide patient education regarding treatments and aftercare instructions
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Follow infection control procedures and safety standards
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Provide a professional and welcoming patient experience

Qualifications

Required:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong IV insertion skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in an outpatient environment
Professional, reliable, and patient-focused

Preferred:

IV therapy or infusion experience
Emergency room, urgent care, outpatient, or wellness clinic experience
Experience with vitamin infusions and hydration therapy
Aesthetic or wellness background

Schedule

Flexible scheduling available.
