Essential Health Chiropractic in Eagan, MN is looking to hire a full-time (28-34 hrs/week) Chiropractic Assistant . This position earns a competitive starting wage of $19-23/hr.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT

Your priority is to handle the logistics of patient interaction and education. This position includes answering phones, scheduling patients, learning and implementing our patient systems, and personal interactions with patients. Following up with digital/online leads on a daily basis. Social media posting, light office cleaning and community outreach with the doctor are also involved.

Always attentive to detail, you manage each case with skill. Highly organized, you manage our patients’ electronic files on our software as you scan and input paperwork. Occasionally, you will help the doctor with community outreach lunch talks that he provides for local businesses. You love working with our patients and get to see the weekly improvements of those we take care of!

QUALIFICATIONS

· Customer service skills

· Good phone etiquette

· Computer skills is an absolute must - much of the office is paperless and online platforms

· A genuine concern for his or her own health

· Previous knowledge of chiropractic care is NOT required

Ideal candidates must be punctual and reliable, have excellent communication skills, extroverted, be highly organized with attention to detail.

There is a lot of standing and also walking during most of the 2.5 hour shifts. Being comfortable standing is important as you will be constantly interacting with clients.

WORK SCHEDULE

This position is full-time (28-34 hours) and has different hours each day. Some flexibility is a must as our evening schedules are dictated my new patient scheduling . In a typical week, the hours look like this:

Monday: 7:30am-12pm, 1:45pm-5:45pm (some nights done at 6:30pm)

Tuesday: 12pm-5:45pm (some nights done at 6:30pm)

Wednesday: 7:30am-11:30pm, 1:45pm-5:45pm (some nights done at 6:30pm)

Thursday: 1:00pm-5:45pm (some nights done at 6:30pm)

Friday: 7:30am-11am

Every other month we will do an in office talk typically on Mondays, which commonly go up to 7pm.
