Job Summary
One part-time position available immediately. MUST be able to continue work beyond the summer months! Summer only positions are full.

We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Staff member to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a friendly, efficient environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of the happiest place on Cape Cod
Must love children, laughter, chaos, think like a camp counselor and enjoy never having the same day twice.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and package, including management of the prize box!
Maintain appointment calendars and schedule meetings using calendar management tools…enter events like Poop Museum opening!
Pick things up and put them back every hour of every day.
Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and record keeping
Assist with clerical duties including typing, copying, scanning, and maintaining organized files
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously in person or via phone or email
Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for daily operations
All other duties as assigned including those generated by our VIP customers age 6 months to 12 years old.

Skills

Engaging, friendly, problem solver.
Excellent customer service abilities.
Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, Clover, Membership software a plus but will train the right person!
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently…able to to do so in a loud, happy, busy environment.
