About ILS

Integrity Locating Services is a privately owned company headquartered in Lenexa, KS. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team and seeking motivated, full-time Recruiters to support hiring efforts across multiple markets.

What You’ll Do

Manage recruiting for multiple open positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding handoffs
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
Conduct phone and video screenings and recommend top candidates
Coordinate interviews, communicate next steps promptly, and deliver a strong candidate experience
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS
Support hiring events and local recruiting initiatives (job fairs, school programs, community outreach)
Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and interview volume

Qualifications

1–3+ years of recruiting experience (preferred)
Experience in Underground Locating
Strong communication skills with excellent organization and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities
Working knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
Reliable self-transportation

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Position: $42,000–$55,000 per year (based on experience)
Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
401(k) with company match
Paid Time Off (PTO)

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
