Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy office environment. This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, excellent customer service, and efficient office management. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for creating a welcoming and productive workplace. As an Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our administrative team, supporting staff and clients alike while maintaining a professional and positive office atmosphere.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
Oversee office supplies inventory, procurement, and filing systems to ensure seamless daily operations.
Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events efficiently.
Maintain accurate data entry records using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial tracking.
Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and performing general administrative tasks.
Assist with phone etiquette training for staff to ensure professional communication with clients and vendors.
Support office management activities such as organizing files, managing office equipment, and overseeing office cleanliness and safety protocols.

Experience

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical duties and customer support.
Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace applications, and QuickBooks.
Prior experience working as a receptionist or personal assistant in a professional setting is highly desirable.
Bilingual skills are preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing superior customer service.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
