AMADA’s caregivers provide:

Personal Hygiene Assistance (i.e., bathing, showering, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.)
Toileting & Incontinence Care
Transferring & Ambulation
Meal Planning & Preparation
Light Housekeeping
Transportation (i.e., appointments, grocery shopping, errands, etc.)
Companionship
Maintain a Clean & Safe Environment

Job requirements:

Must be registered with Guardian as a Home Care Aide (HCA) or have completed a Live Scan background check through the California Department of Social Services.
Proof of a current negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
Valid ID/Driver’s License or reliable transportation
Ability to understand, speak, and read English
A true passion for caregiving and a desire to help others

Compensation: Pay ranges from $19.25/hour to $22.00/hour. Starting Base Pay Rates are determined after an in-person interview and vary based on an individual’s caregiving experience level at the time of the interview.
