● Leadership Assistance: Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, managing priorities, communications, and initiatives.

● Calendar Management: Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and travel plans with precision and efficiency.

● Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring messages are communicated effectively.

Operational Excellence

● Office Coordination: Optimize workflows by managing administrative processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

● Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.

● Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional communication and support throughout project lifecycles.

● Decision Support: Assist in tracking and analyzing key metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive business performance.

Administrative Functions can Include:

● Lead Generation: Your primary focus will be actively calling and scheduling leads, ensuring a steady pipeline for our construction projects.

● Office Operations: Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining efficient workflows and a well-organized workspace.

● Customer Communication: Be the friendly voice of Complete Commercial Structures, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing exceptional customer service.

● Data Management: Accurately enter information into Quickbooks and our CRM system, keeping records up-to-date and organized.

● Calendar Management: Maintain a precise Google calendar for appointments, meetings, and project deadlines.

● Material Procurement: Order materials and supplies needed for ongoing projects, ensuring smooth operations.

● Project Support: Assist management with special projects and initiatives as required.

● Payroll Processing: Handle payroll tasks accurately and efficiently.
