Yoga Operations & Chiropractic Assistant at Sage Health Wellness Center & Sage Yoga – Encinitas, CA

Pay: $25–$28 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Part-time (approximately 15–25 hours per week)

Sage Health Wellness Center is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated Wellness Assistant to support both our chiropractic clinic and our growing yoga program. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact in a collaborative wellness environment.

What You’ll Do

Yoga Operations & Client Experience

Create an exceptional experience for every yoga client from their first inquiry through ongoing membership.
Follow up with new students after their first class by phone, text, or email.
Coordinate instructor schedules and arrange substitute teachers as needed.
Support instructors by answering questions regarding studio policies, scheduling, and procedures.
Help grow Sage Yoga by seeking out community collaborations and partnership opportunities.
Independently market the clinic and yoga program through local outreach, networking, events, and relationship building.
Identify opportunities to increase class attendance, memberships, and client engagement.
Manage scheduling, memberships, and client communication using Mindbody.

Chiropractic & Wellness Support

Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service.
Assist with front desk operations and daily clinic flow.
Prepare treatment rooms and support providers with patient care.
Assist with therapies including:
Class IV laser therapy
Cupping
Compression/lymphatic recovery therapy
Infrared sauna
Educate patients about our wellness services, memberships, and programs.
Fold linens, restock supplies, maintain treatment rooms, and help keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming.

Schedule

The ideal candidate is available for the following shifts:

Sunday: 8:15 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Saturday: 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Additional flexible hours may be available for marketing, outreach, instructor coordination, and administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

Has outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Enjoys taking initiative and working independently.
Has experience in a chiropractic office, wellness center, yoga studio, fitness facility, or healthcare environment.
Has experience using Mindbody or similar scheduling software (strongly preferred).
Is comfortable learning clinical support procedures and wellness technologies.
Is passionate about health, wellness, and helping people improve their quality of life.

Compensation & Benefits

$25–$28 per hour, depending on experience.
