Full Job Description

Miracle Auto Group is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service Manager to lead our Service Department.

We are looking for a proven Service Manager professional who understands that a successful Service Department is built through leadership, accountability, effective communication, customer satisfaction, technician productivity, employee development, and strong financial performance.

This is a leadership position for someone who is comfortable being actively involved in the daily operations and who takes ownership of both the customer experience and the performance of the department.

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily leadership, direction, coaching, and accountability to the Service Team
- Utilize knowledge of vehicle maintenance, warranty repairs, Recalls/TSB's/FSA's and service writing to assist customers with their service needs.
- Lead, develop, and support Service Advisors, Technicians and other Service personnel.
- Manage all customers service experience from start to finish, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
- Effectively manage the complete daily operations including workflow, scheduling, dispatching, shop loading and repair order management.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and promise times for work completion for auto services including oil changes, maintenance repairs, and heavy repairs.
- Drive technician productivity, efficiency, proficiency and over all shop performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain recommended services and repairs.
- Monitor and improve customer pay, warranty and internal repair order performance.
- Coordinate with the auto service team to ensure timely completion of work.
- Drive sales by recommending additional services based only on vehicle needs.

Qualifications:
- Previous automotive dealership Service Manager experience strongly preferred.
- Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram / Stellantis experience strongly preferred.
- DMS experience: Reynolds and Reynolds is preferred, however will train the right candidate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an unwavering attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong working knowledge of dealership Service operations, warranty administration, technician management, and repair order processes.
- Excellent understanding of Service Department KPI's

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
