Full Job Description

We are looking for our next elite team member for the Help Desk Technician role – is that you? Are you a problem solver with and passion for technology and customer service? How about great communication abilities and, most importantly, are you ready to be part of a winning team? We passionately believe in the support of our clients and strive to deliver best in class service for every client every day. If this sounds like you, let’s talk.

You’ll be a direct representative of our managed services team and will be assisting our customers with achieving their business technology goals through engineering excellence and professionalism.

The role:

· You’ll be providing customer technical support for hardware and software products

· You’ll work in a fast-paced help desk setting, crushing tickets and making happy customers

· You will configure and deploy Windows computers, setting up user profiles and applications

· You’ll work with several technologies and managed services tools

· You will learn a ton through experience and our in-house Watchkeep Ramp Program

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

· Familiarity with Windows installation procedures, file locations, registry properties

· Networking familiarity at the desktop level

· Desktop systems and application end user support (Windows 10, 11)

· Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communications skills

· Ability to lift 30 pounds

· Occasional local travel required, so a license and transportation is required
