Marketing Assistant (Remote)

We are seeking creative, high-leverage marketing operators who turn ideas into brand momentum. This role is designed for individuals who think in engagement, audience growth, and automated systems rather than just "posting to social."

You are the guardian of your client’s market presence and the architect of their visibility. This is not a task-based role; it is a performance role.

THE IMPACT Your effectiveness is measured by the momentum you build for the client’s brand:

Brand Consistency: The brand remains "always on," building trust through relentless professional consistency.
Audience Connection: Passive followers are converted into engaged advocates through strategic touchpoints.
Operational Momentum: Marketing moves from "random acts" to a structured system that runs smoothly.
Creative Capacity: Leaders regain the mental space to think strategically, knowing execution is in expert hands.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Visibility: Transform ideas into high-quality content and brand-aligned graphics that maintain a steady, polished professional presence.
Audience Engagement: Own social scheduling, community management, and automated email workflows to keep the brand top-of-mind.
Project Coordination: Manage the "moving parts" of campaigns—from webinars to podcasts—ensuring no project stalls.
Planning & Capacity: Develop forward-looking content calendars and handle technical execution to remove the "how-to" burden from the leader.

TECH ENABLED PRODUCTIVITY Use AI and modern marketing stacks (Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite) to spark ideas, streamline research, and increase total output without sacrificing an authentic human voice.

LOGISTICS

Remote (U.S. only; excluding CA, CO, MT, NJ, NY, PA)
1099 Contractor | Starting at $28/hour depending on experience
Monthly pay based on contracted hours; hours not guaranteed

Detail-driven executor who delivers "client-ready" work that eliminates the need for heavy editing.
Experience in independently managing a brand or client with measurable growth
Can show before/after metrics (engagement, leads, audience growth)
Has built and executed content systems, not just posted content
Comfortable owning strategy-lite decisions without direction

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF

You wait for the client to provide all copy and images before you start working.
You struggle with the technical side of marketing (integrations, tagging, or automation).
You view marketing as a series of disconnected tasks rather than a holistic brand outcome.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE The client’s audience engagement grows through a consistent and professional presence, marketing projects are completed without the leader managing daily details, and the executive feels a "weight lifted" regarding their brand logistics.
