Job Title: Full-Time General Dentist (FTE) – 4 or 5 Day Schedule Option

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Opportunity

RSMC Services is partnering with a leading Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Northern California to recruit compassionate, mission-driven General Dentists. This role offers the opportunity to serve diverse and underserved communities while building a stable, long-term career with exceptional benefits, loan repayment options, and professional development.

You will work in a modern, high-support clinical environment serving both pediatric and adult populations, delivering high-quality care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance with a 4-day or 5-day workweek option.

What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, restorations, extractions, preventive services, and patient education
Treat a diverse patient population (50% pediatric / 50% adult; 80–90% Medicaid)
Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and medical teams in a community-focused care model
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and timely chart closure
Participate in quality improvement and professional development initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Salary: $178,276+ (New Grads) -$210,000
Annual Increase: 2% for every year of experience Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000 (Crescent City)Loan Repayment: Up to $300,000–$400,000 over 5 years
PTO: 29 paid days annually (includes holidays + education days)
Schedule Flexibility: Choose a 4-day or 5-day workweek
Retirement Plans: 401(k), 403(b), and 457(b)
Healthcare: Medical, dental, vision, LTD, Life/ADD, EAP, and FSA
Provider Allowance: $5,000 annually
Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA)
In-House Residency Program: 80% retention rate

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active (or ability to obtain) California Dental License
DEA Registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)
CPR/BLS Certification
Passion for community health and underserved populations
