Full Job Description

Leasing Agent Wanted – Join Our Team!

We’re excited to welcome another Leasing Agent to our property management team. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and performing well in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit.

We take pride in maintaining our properties and communities and are known for taking care of our residents from move-in to move-out. As a Leasing Agent, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for both prospective and current residents, so a positive attitude and clear communication are essential.

We’re happy to train the right person, though prior leasing experience is a plus.

What you’ll be doing:

Showing apartments and helping people find their next home
Promptly following up with prospects and answering questions by phone, email, or in person
Posting campaigns online to Apartments.com, Zillow, and other sites
Processing applications, leases, move-in paperwork, and finances
Communicating with residents, vendors, and the management team
Using our software, AppFolio to manage our properties and residents
Assisting with day to day office tasks
Helping keep the office organized and running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

Someone personable, professional, dependable, and eager to bring new ideas to the team
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable using computers
Organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
Customer service or leasing experience is a plus
Some weekend availability may be needed
Experience with AppFolio is a plus
Creative, proactive, and open to improving processes and resident experience
