We’re Hiring: Front Desk Coordinator-Pediatric & Prenatal Wellness Office
Location: Arlington Heights, IL | Pediatric + Prenatal Chiropractic Office

We believe the magic of our office starts at the front desk.

It’s the smile that greets a new parent who’s running on little sleep.
It’s the moment someone on our team notices a milestone, like a baby rolling over or a toddler making eye contact for the first time and celebrates it with a high five.
It’s the quiet support we offer to a parent who’s doing their best on a hard day.
It’s the gentle awareness to dim the lights, lower our voices, and create a calm space for a child who experiences the world a little differently and the joy in honoring their unique pace and progress.

That’s what we’re looking for, someone who sees and supports families in those everyday moments that matter.

About the Role:
We’re a pediatric and prenatal chiropractic office that supports families navigating everything from colic to developmental delays, from growing bellies to growing brains. Many of the children we care for are wonderfully neurodiverse each with their own rhythm, strengths, and sparkle.

We’re looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who brings warmth, calm, and a little joy to every interaction.

You’ll be great in this role if you:
✔ Truly love babies, kids, and their families
✔ Can juggle phones, scheduling, and questions with grace
✔ Have strong communication, and organizational skills
✔ Bring patience, kindness, and a welcoming energy
✔ Are open to learning about holistic health and pediatric development
✔ Have a heart for supporting families on a wellness journey

✔ Are comfortable with basic typing, computer skills, and using online systems

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking in patients
Answering phones and managing schedules
Supporting our doctors and patients throughout the day
Creating a calm, family-centered front office experience

*This is a part-time position based in our Arlington Heights office.

Monday: 1:45 PM – 7:15 PM
Wednesday: 1:45 PM – 7:15 PM
Thursday: 9:15 AM – 7:15 PM
Occasional community and marketing events on other days
