Full Job Description

We are a rapidly growing e-commerce education and support company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs build successful online businesses. Through one-on-one coaching, specialized software, and ongoing support, we provide our clients with the tools and guidance they need to launch and scale with confidence.
Our fulfillment and client support teams play an essential role in that mission by helping clients navigate the early stages of their business journey. As an Onboarding Specialist, you'll be a key part of creating an exceptional first experience and setting clients up for long-term success. Call or Text 206 - 618 - 0363 to inquire about positions!

Position Overview
The Onboarding Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for new clients after enrollment. In this role, you will guide clients through the onboarding process, ensure all setup requirements are completed, coordinate appointments, answer questions, and provide a professional and supportive experience from day one.
The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people achieve their goals. Candidates with firsthand experience selling products online will be especially successful in this role, as they can better understand clients' goals, challenges, and onboarding needs.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and guide new clients through the onboarding process
Schedule and coordinate onboarding appointments
Track client appointments across multiple scheduling platforms
Ensure all required forms and documentation are completed accurately
Assist clients with account setup and platform navigation
Assist clients with navigating and utilizing social media platforms as part of the onboarding process
Clearly explain onboarding milestones, expectations, and next steps
Monitor client progress and follow up on outstanding tasks
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Maintain accurate client records and onboarding notes
Identify potential issues and escalate concerns when appropriate
Deliver a positive, professional, and supportive client experience
Maintain familiarity with major social media platforms and related tools to better support client questions and account setup

Qualifications
Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously
Comfortable learning and using new software and technology
Comfortable navigating and operating multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow established processes consistently
Professional phone, email, and video meeting etiquette

Preferred (Not Required)

Previous client onboarding, customer success, or account management experience
Experience selling products online through platforms such as Etsy, Shopify, eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, Amazon, or similar marketplaces
Familiarity with e-commerce operations, order management, and online marketplaces
CRM software experience
Experience using screen-sharing, virtual meeting, and remote support tools
Comfortable navigating multiple social media platforms for business or personal use
