Are you an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing excellent customer service? Jackson Eye, a trusted eye care provider located in Fairburn, GA, is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you have at least one year of experience in a similar role and are ready to make a difference in our patients' experience, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do as a Front Desk Coordinator

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Managing appointment scheduling and ensuring an efficient flow of the daily schedule.
Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries with care and accuracy.
Assisting with patient check-in and check-out processes.
Maintaining accurate patient records and handling administrative tasks.
Collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

At least 1 year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A professional and approachable attitude.
Familiarity with office software and scheduling systems (experience in a medical or eye care setting is a plus but not required).
