Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a dental practice. This hands-on leadership role works closely with the Doctor and Regional Leadership to support the practice team, maintain efficient operations, drive financial performance, and ensure an excellent patient experience.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can balance team development, practice operations, and financial goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the practice team while promoting accountability, teamwork, and a positive office culture
Oversee daily practice operations, including scheduling, staffing, front-office workflows, and production alignment
Monitor practice performance, collections, expenses, and progress toward budget and EBITDA goals
Manage front-office functions, including patient scheduling, insurance verification, billing, collections, and patient relations
Support hiring, onboarding, team training, performance management, payroll, and timekeeping processes
Oversee revenue cycle functions, including claims, denials, appeals, payment posting, and accounts receivable
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, licensing requirements, and company policies
Partner with the Doctors and Regional Leadership on operational improvements, practice growth, and marketing initiatives

Qualifications

3+ years of office management experience, preferably in a dental or medical setting
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing teams and day-to-day practice operations
Working knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and collections strongly preferred
Proficiency with practice management software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment & Expectations

Full-time, on-site position
Business casual attire required
Must be comfortable working at a desk and computer for extended periods of time

Work Location: In person

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
