Full Job Description

Overview

The General Manager oversees the daily operations of the company, with primary responsibility for financial performance and management, employees, scheduling, quality control and customer service. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on keeping operations organized, employees supported, customers satisfied, and the company profitable.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial administration: Oversee the company's day-to-day financial administration.
Human resources: Manage staff, schedules, hours for payroll, hire, train, onboard, and coach employees.
Income/Expenses: Monitor income, expenses, cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to ensure invoices/payments are accurate and issued on time.
Vendor: Review vendor invoices and ensure expenses are properly documented and approved.
Growth: Monitor job profitability and identify areas where costs can be reduced.
Support: Work with the company's outside financial professionals to assist with tax filings, sales tax reporting, insurance, licenses, and other compliance requirements.
Customers: Handle customer relationships to minimize issues and increase satisfaction.
Standards/Safety: Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and performance standards.
With senior management: Communicate regularly with ownership regarding operations, staffing, financial performance, and company needs.
General: Promote teamwork, professionalism, accountability, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

3+ years of management experience in the service-industry preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Understanding of budgets, labor costs, and business operations.
Familiar with QuickBooks Online
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple employees, customers, and priorities.
Comfortable working both in the office and in the field.
Professional and trustworthy
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,300.00 per month
