Registered Nurse (RN) | Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Location: Fayetteville, AR
Pay Rate: $40/hour
Position Type: Per Diem
Care Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Shift Availability: 6:30AM-7PM and 6:30PM-7AM

Job Summary

Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for skilled nursing opportunities in Fayetteville, AR. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the ability to pick up shifts that fit your availability.

We are seeking dependable, experienced nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and can quickly and confidently adapt to new facility environments. Whether you're looking for supplemental income or additional flexibility in your schedule, we'd love to connect with you.

Responsibilities

An RN picking up shifts through Elite Medical Staffing at a skilled nursing facility may be expected to:

Assess resident health status and identify changes requiring clinical intervention
Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
Monitor resident outcomes and communicate changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Perform skilled nursing procedures within scope of practice and facility guidelines
Accurately document assessments, interventions, and resident responses in the medical record
Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members as appropriate
Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active RN license
Minimum 1 year of experience working in skilled nursing
Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

Credentials Required

Active and unencumbered AR RN License or Compact RN License
Government-Issued Photo ID or Passport
CPR/BLS
Tuberculosis (TB) Test
Flu Vaccine (during Flu season)
Resume
Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement
