Job Summary

We’re on the lookout for an energetic and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage a dynamic food service environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, culinary knowledge, and a passion for hospitality to help us continue delivering outstanding food and service.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and sanitation procedures.
Manage staff schedules, recruit talented team members, and foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration and excellence.
Oversee food safety standards, sanitation practices, and compliance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
Control costs through inventory management, waste reduction, and efficient resource allocation while maintaining high-quality food standards.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, handle guest feedback professionally, and ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with kitchen staff on menu planning, food quality control, and culinary innovation to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
Utilize POS systems effectively to monitor sales, track financial performance, and generate reports for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven management experience ( 5 years) in food service or hospitality management, including supervising roles in restaurants or similar settings.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse hospitality staff.
Familiarity with food safety management systems and regulatory compliance in the food industry.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
Experience managing financial operations including cost control, budgeting, and inventory oversight.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
