Job Description:

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our growing specialty practice. This position is ideal for someone interested in long-term employment in healthcare and who takes pride in professionalism and patient care. This role is cross-trained for both front desk and clinical back-office responsibilities in a physician-led medical office.

This is a PART TIME position for 2 locations - Ladue and St. Peters.

Front Office Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally
Answer and return phone calls
Collect, verify, and scan insurance information
Collect copays and payments
Complete and process patient paperwork
Perform daily computer and administrative tasks

Back Office Responsibilities:

Room patients and obtain vitals
Perform skin testing, spirometry, and patch testing
Administer allergy injections (training provided)
Document patient history accurately
Assist physicians with medical procedures
Clean, stock, and maintain exam rooms
Follow all clinical safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Certified Medical Assistant (preferred, not required)
Medical or healthcare experience strongly preferred
Willingness to learn medical procedures and terminology
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

Professional Requirements:

Must be able to work in a professional medical environment
Must arrive fit for duty and able to provide safe patient care
Drug-free workplace during working hours
Professional hygiene and appearance required
Must pass a background check

Schedule & Pay:

2-3 days between Monday and Thursday | 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM
No weekends
Pay: $16–$17/hour, based on experience
Part-time position

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
