Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for staff and customers alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
Install new appliances, HVAC components, and mechanical systems following manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Conduct repairs on mechanical systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and other building infrastructure.
Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks.
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in accordance with operational procedures.
Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects and ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair.
Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex equipment issues.
Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology including air conditioning systems, kitchen equipment maintenance, and refrigeration units.
Hands-on experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) tasks across various mechanical and electrical systems.
Construction experience or familiarity with building infrastructure is a plus.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform appliance installation and equipment repair efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
Leadership qualities that enable effective team collaboration and problem-solving under pressure.
