Position: Concierge/Front Desk Agent

As a Concierge/Front Desk Agent, you are the first impression of the community you serve. You will welcome residents and guests, support daily building operations, and ensure a seamless, service‑oriented environment. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in professionalism, communication, and creating memorable interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Engagement — Warmly greet residents and visitors, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience.
Front Desk Operations — Manage calls, emails, and inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
Workspace Organization — Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked front desk area.
Resident Support — Respond promptly to requests and provide accurate information about building services and amenities.
Administrative Support — Assist with data entry, record keeping, and calendar coordination.
Service Quality Monitoring — Observe and report resident feedback to help improve service delivery.
Team Collaboration — Work closely with onsite supervisors and fellow team members to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.

Qualifications

Hospitality Experience — Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred.
