Full Job Description

The Business Process & Technology Consultant will support banking and technology-related initiatives by coordinating operational processes, documenting functional requirements, managing vendor communications, and assisting with the implementation of consulting services and service-level agreements (SLAs). This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Define and document consulting service requirements for various business objectives and projects.
Consolidate and improve operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Conduct functional analysis and assessments of specific business processes.
Integrate and organize operational information, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on assigned projects and tasks to ensure timely completion.
Serve as a liaison with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
Develop and structure management indicators, including KPIs and KRIs, derived from Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and operational documentation for management review.
Collaborate with banking, operations, and technology teams to support ongoing initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Experience in banking, financial services, technology consulting, or operations management.
Strong understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and process improvement methodologies.
Experience working with KPIs, KRIs, and SLAs.
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of banking operations and financial systems.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Bilingual English/Spanish a must

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
