Unlike many advisor positions, this role focuses primarily on serving existing clients and developing into a future Lead Advisor rather than building a book of business from scratch.

Because this role is built around developing trusted relationships with clients, communication skills, professionalism, and executive presence are just as important as technical knowledge.

The Role

This is a career-track Associate Financial Advisor position (approximately 70% client service / 30% growth) with a clearly defined path toward becoming a Lead Financial Advisor.

You'll work directly with an experienced Lead Advisor, participate in client meetings, help implement financial strategies, and gradually assume greater responsibility as your knowledge and confidence grow.

Work Style

100% in-office (Maitland, FL)
Client meetings conducted in person and via Zoom
Competitive base salary plus performance bonus

What You'll Do

Build long-term relationships with existing clients
Support retirement income, investment, tax, and legacy planning conversations
Prepare for and follow up after client meetings
Lead client review meetings (with support as needed)
Coordinate account openings, transfers, and maintenance with custodians
Process client service requests accurately from start to finish
Maintain detailed CRM and financial planning records
Communicate proactively with clients to ensure exceptional service
Participate in seminars, educational events, and team meetings
Help improve systems and workflows as our firm continues to grow

Qualifications

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
1–3 years of experience in financial services
Series 65 (or willingness to obtain within 3–6 months)
Florida Health & Life License (preferred)
