B2B Fleet Sales Representative – GotBrakes Mobile Service (Jacksonville)

$600-$800/week Ramp-Up Base + Strong Commissions + Residuals + Performance Bonuses
(Ideal for candidates with existing commercial or automotive connections)

GotBrakes is one of Florida’s fastest-growing mobile automotive service companies, specializing in on-site brake repair, preventive maintenance, and commercial fleet services across Jacksonville and Tallahassee. We are expanding our Fleet Division and seeking an experienced, well-connected B2B Sales Representative to secure and grow fleet accounts (5–50+ vehicles).

We’re looking for someone who understands the commercial landscape and can tap into existing relationships in automotive, logistics, construction, delivery, or service industries to convert fleet accounts quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect businesses with active vehicle fleets
Leverage existing industry connections to generate immediate opportunities
Walk into businesses and present our Fleet Maintenance Program
Use our professional Fleet Sales Book to pitch services in person
Schedule free fleet brake inspections and follow-up meetings
Build and manage a strong pipeline of commercial leads
Close fleet accounts and assist with onboarding
Maintain ongoing communication with fleet partners
Hit weekly activity and performance targets

CompensationRamp-Up Base Pay:

$600-$800 per week for the first 60 days based on experience
This base is designed to support gas, travel, and field expenses while you build your pipeline and close your first accounts.

Commission Structure:

20% commission on labor profit for the first month of each new fleet account
10% commission on labor profit for months 2–3
5% recurring commission on labor profit for active fleet accounts beyond month 3
Commissions are paid weekly once client invoices are paid

Performance Bonuses:

$250 bonus for every new fleet account signed within your first 30 days
$500 bonus for any fleet account with 20+ vehicles
Additional incentives available for hitting monthly and quarterly targets

Top performers can realistically earn $80,000–$130,000+ annually.

Performance Requirement (Important)

This is a high-performance sales role. All new hires must close at least one fleet account within their first 14 days and show consistent pipeline growth. Reps who do not meet minimum activity and conversion standards may be released. We maintain a results-driven, accountability-focused environment built for motivated closers.

Who We’re Looking For

Candidates with existing commercial, automotive, or fleet-related connections
Strong B2B or outside sales experience
Confident, persuasive communicator who enjoys field sales
Competitive and money-motivated
Comfortable with cold walking, cold calling, and in-person business outreach
Organized and disciplined with follow-up and CRM
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
Experience in auto, logistics, transportation, or service industries is highly preferred

Schedule

Full-time
Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays optional for extra outreach)
Primarily field-based with some remote follow-up/administrative work

Location

Jacksonville, FL (primary territory)
Occasional travel to surrounding areas for high-value fleet opportunities
