CONFIDENTIAL AUTOMOTIVE PARTS MANAGER OPPORTUNITY – CENTRAL FLORIDA

Earn $8,000–$12,000+ Per Month

A well-established, high-volume automotive dealership in Central Florida is conducting a strictly confidential search for an experienced Automotive Parts Manager.

Whether you're currently employed and exploring a better opportunity or considering relocation, we'd like to speak with you. Your interest and video interview will remain strictly confidential and will be reviewed personally by the dealership's hiring team—not by AI or automated screening software.

Responsibilities

Lead all daily operations of the Parts Department.
Maximize parts sales, gross profit, and inventory performance.
Maintain proper inventory levels and minimize obsolescence.
Develop, coach, and motivate the parts team.
Build strong relationships with the Service Department, Wholesale customers, and vendors.
Monitor key performance metrics, including inventory turns, fill rates, and gross profit.
Ensure accurate ordering, receiving, stocking, and warranty parts processing.
Maintain exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous Automotive Parts Manager experience preferred.
Strong leadership, inventory management, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to increase sales and profitability.
Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar dealership management systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and team-building skills.
