Gowey Title offers various services, which consists of closing real estate transactions and ensuring the transfer of real property is free and clear of liens. We are dedicated to catering to the needs of customers and are specialized in all aspects of the title industry.

Job position description:

Gowey Title has a full-time position available for a Closing Processor. The ideal candidate must be reliable, have a positive and outgoing attitude, maintain a professional appearance, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that requires great attention to detail with a focus on customer service.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Greeting customers and obtaining necessary information from the involved parties
Process sale and refinance transactions
Meeting with customers and facilitating the signings of documents
Create ledgers and invoices, post payments, cut checks
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Accurately input, edit, and process orders and documents
Run local errands
Clean and stock public areas of the office
Utilize public databases and industry software system
