Job Summary
A confidential company in Orange County is seeking an experienced General Manager of Operations to oversee daily operations, fulfillment, sales support, customer service, and e‑commerce activities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven leadership ability, capable of delegating effectively and collaborating across multiple departments. This role is responsible for driving productivity, operational efficiency, and organizational growth.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Develop strategic plans to improve productivity and operational performance
Strengthen organizational effectiveness by improving processes, supporting staff, and fostering a high‑performance culture
Maintain company standards for quality, safety, and operational excellence
Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
Supervise warehouse personnel, including supervisors, dispatchers, and forklift operators, while promoting a safety‑first environment

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all fulfillment operations, including warehouse management, transportation planning, inventory control, and shipping/receiving
Oversee daily operations, set weekly and monthly goals, and ensure timely completion
Recruit, train, and develop high‑performing employees to support sales, profitability, and market growth
Maintain project timelines and ensure operational tasks are completed efficiently
Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial planning to support profitability
Develop and maintain resource allocation plans and operational budgets
Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Resolve internal conflicts professionally and constructively
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience
Experience conducting performance evaluations and managing KPIs
Familiarity with client data, analytics, and emerging AI tools
Working knowledge of HR processes
Demonstrated success in a managerial or director‑level role
Strong decision‑making, communication, and delegation skills
Proven ability to develop and manage financial plans
Ability to motivate, lead, and hold employees accountable
Strong understanding of operational procedures
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
