Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role combines essential bookkeeping responsibilities with administrative support duties to ensure smooth office operations and accurate financial management. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This position offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and proactive communication are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily bookkeeping tasks using Sage, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records by entering data precisely and verifying transactions
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
Support office management activities such as filing, data entry, and document organization
Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, providing excellent customer service and client communication
Prepare correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace productivity software
Maintain office supplies inventory and organize filing systems for easy access

Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software platforms for bookkeeping tasks
Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
Experience with data entry, filing, and clerical tasks in an office environment
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Knowledge of office management procedures, including calendar management and scheduling
Attention to detail in proofreading, data accuracy, and record keeping
Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
