Read This First

This is not a typical customer service role.

This is a high-performance, structured position where attention to detail, speed, and ownership directly impact the success of the business.

If you are organized, resourceful, and can learn quickly — you will thrive here.
If you require constant direction or prefer a slower-paced environment — this will not be a good fit.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

You must currently reside in Northern Colorado. This is not a remote-from-anywhere role. Applicants outside of Northern Colorado will notbe considered. You must live locally, as occasional in-person meetings may be required.
You must have a multi-monitor setup. At minimum: This role requires working across multiple systems simultaneously. A single-screen setup will not be sufficient.
1 external monitor (required)
2 external monitors (strongly preferred)
You must be authorized to work in the United States.
You must be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MT).
You must commit to full-time seasonal employment (May–October).

This role will end around October unless extended.

What This Role Actually Is

You are not just answering phones.

You are:

Managing scheduling and dispatching technicians efficiently
Controlling the customer experience from first call to resolution
Making fast, accurate decisions in a high-volume environment
Keeping systems clean, organized, and up-to-date

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch technicians while optimizing routes
Prioritize calls based on urgency and operational flow
Accurately enter and manage service calls
Communicate with customers and technicians to ensure seamless service
Maintain detailed, accurate customer records
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and ownership
Support administrative operations to maintain efficiency

Training & Ramp Expectations

We provide initial guidance and resources.

However, this role requires someone who can:

Learn quickly by doing
Navigate systems independently
Find answers without constant instruction

You will not be micromanaged or walked through every step.
If you are resourceful and proactive, you will succeed here.

Equipment & Technical Requirements

Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
Ability to support consistent call quality and system access
Must submit a screenshot of a recent internet speed test with application

You MUST possess the following required equipment:

Computer
At least 1 external monitor (required)
Headset
Keyboard and mouse

Systems & Tools

We use multiple systems daily (CRM, scheduling, communication platforms).

You do not need experience with our exact tools, but you must be:

Comfortable learning new software quickly
Able to work across multiple systems at once
Detail-oriented with data entry and communication

If you struggle with technology or prefer a slower-paced environment, this role will not be a good fit.

Internet Speed Requirement

You must have a reliable high-speed internet connection that supports consistent call quality and system access.

Minimum requirements:

100 Mbps download
20 Mbps upload
Preferred: 200+ Mbps download / 25+ Mbps upload
