Full Job Description

About the Role

The Account Executive is responsible for leading healthcare sales within a designated geographic area. This role focuses on driving revenue growth and building and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and expand market share.
Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor regional sales performance, analyze trends, and report on results to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and support customer needs.
Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings to maintain a strong market presence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
5+ years of sales experience.
Experience in healthcare or related industry preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
