At Arqova Construction Group, every new client relationship begins with a conversation.

We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, communicates professionally, and takes pride in representing a company that values relationships as much as results.

As our Outbound Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is making outbound calls to commercial property owners, property managers, facility managers, brokers, developers, and other decision-makers throughout Southern California. Your goal is simple: introduce Arqova, identify potential opportunities, and schedule qualified meetings for our VP of Business Development.

We provide the prospect lists, call scripts, CRM, training, and support. You bring the professionalism, consistency, and communication skills that turn conversations into opportunities.

What You'll Do

Call prospects every day from targeted lists, introduce Arqova, and qualify interest
Hit a daily calling quota — dials, live conversations, and talk time — and log outcomes in the CRM the same day
Book qualified meetings for leadership; this is the primary measure of the role
Work through objections and gatekeepers, and follow up on a set cadence instead of dropping leads after one call
Build relationships through professional, consistent follow-up
Layer in email sequences and LinkedIn touches to warm up prospects before and after calls
Prepare call lists, briefing notes, and status updates for the VP ahead of their prospect and client meetings
Represent Arqova professionally during every client interaction

What You Bring

A track record of high-volume outbound calling — inside sales, telemarketing, SDR/BDR, or similar
2+ years in business development support, sales support, or outbound marketing
Comfortable being on the phone most of the day, including with people who don't want to talk to you
A strong verbal communicator — this role lives in live conversations, not just email threads
Experience with a CRM and outreach or dialer tools
Organized enough to manage lists, follow-up cadences, and reporting without things slipping
A plus, not a requirement: background in commercial construction, commercial real estate, or facilities services

Growth

This role offers a clear path forward. Strong performers move into a closing role in Business Development as Arqova's pipeline grows.
