At Creative Solutions for Hope (CSH) we are a team of passionate professionals providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with development disabilities, learning disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders. Since our establishment in 2006, our mission has been to “provide HOPE for a better tomorrow, one family at a time”, and that starts with a team of people who are empowered to change lives.

We are constantly looking for individuals with a heart for making a difference in the lives of others, and we will provide the training to help you accomplish this in our ever-expanding field of ABA.

Job Description:

We are seeking an Entry Level Front Desk Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Creative Solutions for Hope (CSH)! We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about personal growth and eager to gain valuable experience within our company and beyond. At CSH, we are dedicated to hiring individuals who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others, while building a rewarding long-term career.

This role is unique in the fact you not only will be gaining invaluable front desk experience but will also be playing an essential role in the lives of all the children and clients we serve.

Responsibilities:

Running errands for the office
Support any department as needed and assigned (Audits, Scheduling, HR, Finance, Etc.)
Manage office closing procedures.
Greet all vendor, clients, and staff of CSH.
Document and report any office maintenance issues,
Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed,
Create and maintain an inviting atmosphere in the front lobby for clients and their families.
Decorate for special events, birthdays, and holidays.
Transfer incoming calls to appropriate departments and maintain call logs.
Assist therapists and clients with toy checkouts.
Assign therapists to clinic rooms.
Ensure all clinic rooms are clean, organized, and presentable.
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain compliance.
Communicate effectively with clinical and administration.
Coordinate staff luncheons.
Assist with diaper changes and accompany children to the restroom as needed.
Constantly organize and improve the overall state of the office

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.
California State Driver's License
Valid Auto Insurance where you are listed as a covered driver
Personal Vehicle
High school diploma or equivalent
Problem-Solving Skills
Must be able to work a Monday through Friday 10:45am to 7:45pm shift.
TB test
CPR Certification
A willingness and desire to learn and grow!

Since driving is an essential function of this role, candidates will be required to authorize and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check as part of the hiring process, in accordance with applicable laws.
