Position Overview
The Client Concierge & Marketing Professional plays a key role in delivering a high-touch client experience while supporting marketing, operations, and advisor activity tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Concierge Services

Step into an instrumental role as a Client Concierge with a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services. The Client Concierge is responsible for the face-to-the-client, high-touch, stimulating experience. The Client Concierge is an energized team member whose focus to provide our clients and associates with a WOW experience that reflects the brand of our organization. A successful Client Concierge should bring high-energy with a positive demeanor every day, and is also tech-savvy.

What are the most important attributes of a Client Concierge?

-Vibrant, friendly personality with a focus on providing a high-level client experience.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Effective with technology and able to quickly learn new tools.

-Organizational skills that can manage a large volume of client preferences.

-Focused on presentation, ensuring that the “first impression” is delightful and positive.

-Preferred local community roots in Faribault or surrounding areas to foster stronger client relationships and community engagement.

- Primary point of contact for client communication
- Manage scheduling and calendars for multiple advisors
- Prepare meeting materials and follow-up
- Maintain CRM records and client activity tracking

Advisor Support & Activity Tracking
- Track client touchpoints and advisor deliverables
- Monitor net flow and goal-based planning engagement
- Ensure advisors meet outreach and service expectations

Marketing, Events & Team Coordination
- Manage marketing and events calendar
- Coordinate seminars, webinars, and client events
- Create invitations and marketing materials
- Supervise interns and delegate tasks
- Ensure all marketing activities meet compliance standards

Office & Operational Support
- Maintain organized office environment
- Support workflows and vendor coordination

Additional Responsibilities
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as they arise and become a priority of the firm
- Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive approach in supporting evolving business needs

Qualifications
- 2+ years relevant experience, i.e. Hospitality, Event Coordination
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- CRM experience preferred
