Full Job Description

Pomarico Financial, LLC – Westborough, MA

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (24 hours/week)

Compensation: $30 per hr. 

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation

Work Location: In person

What You’ll Do

This role is a blend of client interaction, customer service, and office coordination. A large portion of the position involves speaking with clients by phone, so strong communication skills and a friendly, professional voice are essential.

Responsibilities Include:

Answering and assisting clients over the phone with professionalism and enthusiasm
Welcoming clients to appointments in our Westborough office
Supporting daily office operations and administrative tasks
Preparing seminar and appointment materials
Entering and maintaining client information in our system
Assisting with projects, events, and team initiatives
Helping create a positive, high-energy experience for every client interaction

Communicates clearly and confidently on the phone
Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Qualifications

Comfortable and confident using Mac computers/macOS, with strong typing accuracy and attention to detail
Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience required (8+ years)
Exceptional communication skills with a warm, professional, and polished phone presence
Naturally personable and customer service-oriented; enjoys building positive relationships with clients
Experience handling calls, scheduling, and front desk responsibilities in a professional environment
Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and general office technology
Strong attention to detail, including data entry, proofreading, and maintaining accurate client records
Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
Positive attitude, energetic personality, and professional appearance/presentation
