Full Job Description

Job Summary
KOVA Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to the various operations departments. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of departmental processes by managing communications, maintaining records and spreadsheets, updating documentation, supporting contract administration, and assisting with claims-related activities

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide administrative support to the Quality, PR, Claims, Contracting, and Credentialing teams.
Maintain and update provider rosters, departmental documents, tracking logs, and databases.
Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and records.
Assist with contract updates, revisions, tracking, and document maintenance.
Support provider credentialing and recredentialing activities.
Review claims information for completeness and accuracy.
Assist with claims tracking, reporting, and research activities.
Coordinate departmental communications and support special projects.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive healthcare and business information.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience required.
Healthcare administrative experience preferred.
Experience supporting quality, provider relations, claims, contracting, credentialing, provider relations, or managed care operations is highly desirable.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
