The Patients You Will Help

You will combine clinical expertise, patient education, movement, exercise, and hands-on treatment to help people feel stronger and more capable.

What You Will Do

Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations.
Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs, goals, and clinical findings.
Provide evidence-based outpatient Physical Therapy treatment.
Use hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, movement education, and progressive rehabilitation strategies.
Treat patients with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, TMJ, and wellness-related conditions.
Educate patients about their diagnosis, recovery process, home program, injury prevention, and long-term health.
Help patients build confidence in movement and take an active role in their recovery.
Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans when needed.
Build strong therapeutic relationships through clear communication and personalized care.
Collaborate with support staff and other members of the clinical team.
Help create an exceptional patient experience from the initial evaluation through discharge.
Contribute ideas that support continued clinical growth and practice development.

What We Are Looking For

Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
Active Texas Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Three or more years of outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred.
New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
Interest or experience in orthopedics, manual therapy, dry needling, TMJ, vestibular rehabilitation, balance care, or wellness-based treatment.
Strong clinical reasoning and a commitment to individualized patient care.
Excellent communication and patient education skills.
A Physical Therapist who values teamwork, professional development, and meaningful patient relationships.
