Join Our Team as a Punch Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled Punch Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Punch Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality metal components that meet the exacting standards of our customers.

Responsibilities

Set up and execute production runs to meet daily production targets and customer satisfaction standards.
Ensure that produced components adhere to print and router specifications, both dimensionally and within specified timeframes.
Maintain a thorough understanding of AS and ISO standards and procedures applicable to Punch operations.
Promptly report quality and production-related issues to the floor supervisor to maintain effective communication and uphold customer commitments.
Actively identify opportunities to streamline workflow and contribute suggestions for continuous improvement.
Cultivate a positive and approachable attitude towards all employees, promoting a quality-focused mindset throughout the workplace.
Accurately record production details in the provided ERP system upon starting and completing jobs.

Qualifications

Basic blueprint reading skills
Strong math abilities
Familiarity with CNC basics, including g-code review and minor editing
Proven ability to maintain production rates to meet customer satisfaction
Positive attitude and a team player mentality
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs.

Work Schedule

Monday to Thursday, 6:0am-4:30pm
