Full Job Description

Yoh has an immediate, 6-month contract opportunity, as an Accounts Payable Clerk within the Medical Device industry to join our client, OnSite, to report to their office in Gainesville, FL

$19/hr. max hourly rate
40 hours a week, Monday-Friday
Manages confidentiality & experience with accounting software or ERP systems

***Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Due to the client-site nature of this role, we are unable to support OPT or STEM OPT employment, including completion of Form I-983***

What You Will Be Doing

Process vendor invoices and supporting documentation in the accounting system.
Assist with invoices related to purchase orders, recurring payments, utilities, freight, and other vendor expenses.
Respond to vendor inquiries through the Accounts Payable email inbox.
Assist with electronic payments, online payments, checks, wires, and weekly check runs as assigned.
Maintain accurate accounts payable records by scanning, filing, and organizing invoices and payment documentation.
Reconcile vendor statements and research basic discrepancies as needed.
Assist with vendor records, including W-9 documentation, as needed.
Support the Accounting team with other clerical, recordkeeping, and accounts payable tasks as assigned.
Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards.

Who You Are

HS Diploma/GED required
1+ years of accounting, accounts payable, bookkeeping administrative, or related experience
Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organization skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work well with others and follow established processes.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and vendor information.
