Parts & Supply Administrator
Geneva, NY | Onsite

What You'll Do

As a Parts & Supply Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting service operations by managing parts inventory, assisting customers, and coordinating logistics. Your day may include:

Answering and directing incoming service calls while accurately documenting customer interactions in the service database
Maintaining inventory records, performing inventory counts, and managing parts and equipment logistics
Receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping replacement parts for beverage and processing equipment
Preparing quotes, processing sales orders, generating invoices, and assisting customers with payments
Partnering with service, accounting, and contract teams to support larger customer projects
Coordinating freight and shipping while evaluating costs with vendors and suppliers
Working cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure projects are completed efficiently

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working with both people and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional email etiquette
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office applications
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus (training provided)
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and data management abilities
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Experience handling administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Technical, mechanical, or electrical knowledge is a strong advantage
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
