Concierge Security officer

As a Concierge Security Officer there is a high focus in offering Premier Customer Service to residents and guest.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Officer:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Problem-Solving: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to throughout their stay.
Manage access control
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams

Qualifications for Concierge Security Officer:

Proven experience in a concierge or high-level customer service role, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and high-profile personalities effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and guest service.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
