Full Job Description

Are you a 4th-6th year associate interested in making a move to a collegial, growing practice group at a large-but-not-too-large Atlanta-based law firm where everyone would know your name, you would be supported and have growth opportunities? Latitude is seeking an attorney with 4-6 years of experience in commercial contracting in energy, construction and/or heavy industry to join our Midtown-based client. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and work with a strong, established team.

Basic Requirements for the Commercial Contracts Attorney:

4+ years of law firm experience with an Am Law, leading regional or boutique firm
Demonstrated experience in commercial construction transactions and/or commercial contracting for power, energy and/or industrial clients
Experience drafting, reviewing, red-lining and negotiating agreements and managing RFP processes
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Licensed to practice law in Georgia
Outstanding professional references

Type of role: Mid-Level Associate Attorney
Schedule: Full-time

Compensation:

Pay: Competitive pay, based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
